What method of payment does Dragonfly accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and we also take PayPal and e-check. In addition we can arrange to accept checks and money orders for special orders. Any payment made by check or money order will be fulfilled upon receipt off funds.

What methods of shipping do you offer?
We offer Canadian Postal Service for all items shipped from Canada. For our US retail customers your items will be sent Candandian Postal Service to Canadian Postal Service.

Wholesale items sent from the United States are delivered through Fed EX. Special shipping arrangements can be made with your account representative.

What is dragonfly Imports Shipping Policy?
Dragonfly Imports charges a flat rate shipping charge + weight for all items sent from our Canadian retail store. Upon completion of your order Dragonfly Imports Ltd. will ship your item within 48hrs.Wholesale orders shipped from the United States are sent within 48hrs upon order completion through Fed EX.

Where does Dragonfly find its products?
Dragonfly finds it's merchandise in the travels taking their family through the lands of Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, and Bali. The textiles used in our designs are found from traveling all over South East Asia and collecting. We find the finest and most luscious textiles and combine them for fresh designs each season. We have been working with the same family in Bali for the last 7 years and have both grown together each year. We have just started working in Hanoi and have really enjoyed it.

What is Dragonfly Imports return policy?
We will accept returns on products damaged during shipping. The price of the item is 100% refundable minus any shipping costs.

How will I know my order has been received?
When you submit your order you will receive an email confirmation of your order from info@dragonflyimports.com, sent to the email address you provide. If for some reason you do not receive receipt confirmation within 24 hours of your order please contact us.
